This fastener system is designed and developed by the Chinese Academy of Railway Sciences, and is mainly used for 350km / h high-speed rail passenger non-rolling track.
Product Description
WJ-8扣件系統(tǒng)為有擋肩無砟軌道用扣件系統(tǒng)，扣件系統(tǒng)由螺旋道釘、平墊圈、彈條（分 W1 型和 X2 型）、絕緣塊、軌距擋板、軌下墊板（分橡膠墊板和復合墊板） 、鐵墊板、鐵墊板下彈性墊板和定位于混凝土軌枕或軌道板的預埋套管組成。鋼軌高低調(diào)整時采用調(diào)高墊板（分軌下微調(diào)墊板和鐵墊板下調(diào)高墊板）。
WJ-8型扣件系統(tǒng)適用于鋪設60kg/m鋼軌無砟軌道，其中：
1）開行動車組（最大軸重170kN）的350km/h速度等級高速鐵路；
2）開行動車組（最大軸重170kN）的250km/h速度等級高速鐵路，可兼顧少量普通客車（機車最大軸重230kN） 和少量貨車（最大軸重230kN）；
3）開行動車組（最大軸重170kN）的200km/h速度等級城際鐵路
